Barre

Barre is a hybrid workout class for ALL levels. it combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga and strength training. Classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic ballet moves such as plies alongside static stretches…with a twist. It focuses on high reps with light weight and very little pressure on the joints. Every barre class is a total body workout! 45 mins. a class.

Hot Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Mat Pilates is based on the original exercises Joseph Pilates developed to strengthen his own body as a very young man and then began teaching others. The Mat work came before any of the Pilates Apparatus (equipment) he developed. It includes over 500 exercises and can be practiced anywhere. Mat Pilates can be modified. Mat floor exercises will also be combined with other props such as weights, balls, therabands, rings, and Barre and the room is warmed to 90 degrees.

Yin Yoga

This quiet, grounding practice targets the connective tissues of the body – the fascia, the ligaments and the tendons – with the use of bolsters, blocks and wheels. Postures are held for 3 – 5 minutes but may be held longer to all the muscular system to completely relax, providing access to the deeper layers of the body.

Hot HIIT High Intensity Interval Training

HIIT is a full-body workout. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. People are challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong.

26 and 2

The 26&2 Original Hot Yoga Series is a sequence of 26 postures and 2 Breathing exercises. Whether you have a regular yoga practice or this is your first time to class, this one is for you!  From the first breath you take in the series to your final Savasana, every posture warms your body up for the next.  It is designed to stretch and strengthen every muscle, ligament, joint, organ and bone offering a full body workout from the inside out.  All you have to do is show up, and as you are guided every step of the way, expect to feel amazing by the end of class!

 

Power Yoga

An energizing, challenging and powerful class that will leave you rinsed and revitalized. Expect to move, sweat and leave transformed. Based on the teachings of Baron Baptiste and suitable for all levels. These classes are heated to 90 degrees and are taught by Baptiste certified teachers. Baptiste yoga is a power Vinyasa flow yoga and is 60 mins. long.

Deep Flow Yoga

DEEP FLOW classes move with a slower, flowing pace and include a much longer floor series. The longer holds with an emphasis on hip opening poses, gives you access to release built up tension and stress.

Tabata Bootcamp

Looking for a powerful and fun start to your morning? This is your class!Tabata is a high-intensity interval training that consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds.Prepare for a great workout in a short amount of time!

Trapeze Yoga

A yoga trapeze is a swing-like contraption that allows you to hang from it in various ways. It also acts as a tool in many other yoga postures and muscle strengthening techniques. It’s the most natural form of inversion therapy that lengthens the space between each vertebra. Think of it as an all-natural spine traction system or in simpler terms – what you need to reduce chronic low back pain! It supports and assists the body in deeper backbends that normally cannot be accessed. We also offer a deep stretch trapeze class and a yoga blend trapeze class as well!

Inferno Hot Pilates

This 60-minute class is high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.) with Pilates principles. It is a fantastic compliment to your practice and we are confident you will love it! It is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout that will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body. It is performed on a yoga mat with rockin’ music! IHP strengthens muscles and burns fat without the pounding of a high impact workout. Classes are heated to 90 degrees.
