Born and raised in Vermont, Kristen brings a natural love of teaching to every class. She graduated from UVM in 2014 with a degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Nutrition, then completed her 200-hour Hatha yoga training in 2017.
She discovered her love for hot fitness in 2018 and became certified in Inferno Hot Pilates Levels 1 and 2 in 2019. In 2022, she added Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) mobility specialist to her training.
After five years of teaching in Burlington, Kristen returned home to Rutland, ready to bring the heat. Outside the studio, she works as a nanny and preschool teacher, enjoys golf, hiking, and skiing, and loves adventuring with her dog, Mack.

Steph is a certified Level 1 and Level 2 Inferno Hot Pilates instructor and Yin Yoga guide who brings a balance of fiery energy and grounded care to the mat.
She loves helping students build strength and support lasting movement through the heat and energy of Inferno Hot Pilates, alongside the slower, gravity-supported practice of Yin Yoga. Her approach blends core-focused movement with compassion, creating space for students to feel challenged, encouraged, and supported.
Steph is currently working toward her Hot & Heavy and barre certifications, continuing to expand the ways she helps students move with purpose.

Emma found belonging on her yoga mat by learning to get out of her head and into her body. Her classes invite students to tune in and connect with what’s happening beneath the surface.
For Emma, yoga is a practice of awareness: observing the mind, staying present, and meeting each moment with curiosity and equanimity. She encourages students to develop a relationship with their bodies that makes room for self-expression and exploration, rather than striving for perfect alignment.
Balancing the roles of teacher and student, Emma continues to learn from the sacred traditions of yoga while exploring authenticity and individuality. She is currently following her heart toward building her own business.

With a little encouragement from Bri, Gracie earned her Barre Above certification through Fit Pro Programming in February 2025. She brings high energy, intentional movement, and plenty of personality to the barre.
Expect those signature barre shakes, paired with playlists full of remixes, rap, and the best 2000s throwbacks to keep you moving through the challenge.
Outside the studio, Gracie loves traveling, spending time with friends and family, and enjoying sushi. She’s grateful to keep learning alongside the Triumph community and to be part of each student’s fitness journey.
Meet her at the barre for a class that brings the energy—and the music.

Bree brings a fun, energetic, music-driven approach to Pilates—and loves helping her fellow fire starters build strength and confidence.
Her classes combine high intensity with low-impact, joint-friendly movement in a compact, efficient format. Expect great playlists, a strong burn, and creative sequences that keep you motivated, moving, and feeling stronger with every class.
Based in Chittenden, Vermont, Bree works as a JetBlue flight attendant out of JFK. Outside the studio, she loves practicing Pilates and yoga, traveling the world, and spending time horseback riding.
For Bree, teaching is a chance to share the movement and energy she loves with the Triumph community.

Originally from Massachusetts, Rachel moved to Vermont in 2011 and began her health and wellness journey at Triumph in 2019.
Discovering trapeze in 2020 was a turning point in her own practice. Rachel found that it helped her address longstanding shoulder issues and became a meaningful part of her movement routine.
Now, she’s excited to share her love of trapeze with fellow Triumph members and introduce them to a practice that has made such a difference in her own life.

Miranda is the owner of Empower Studio, an instructor, wife, and energized mom of three who lives in Brandon, Vermont. She teaches Inferno Hot Pilates, Vinyasa Yoga, and Hot & Heavy, approaching movement as a pathway to mindset, growth, and self-love.
Her mission is to build community through connection, empowerment, and authenticity. She hopes to inspire students to discover their own passion, purpose, and light—and carry it with them far beyond their practice.
Miranda looks forward to sharing space with you on the mat.

Hi, I’m Gracianna Stannard! I’m certified in Level 1 and Level 2 Inferno Hot Pilates and am currently working toward my Hot & Heavy certification. I’ve been teaching for a year, and my classes are upbeat, energetic, and supportive—a space where you can challenge yourself, feel encouraged, and leave stronger.
My love for Pilates began right here at Triumph Studio. After my first few classes, I was hooked and completed my first teacher training shortly after turning 17!
Every time I stepped onto my mat, I left feeling better—both physically and mentally. That’s the feeling I hope to share with you. No matter what kind of day you’re having, showing up for yourself can make all the difference.
I can’t wait to see you in class!
